We offer a full roster of classes four times a year (Jan-March, April-Jun, July-Sept, Oct-Dec)  in both the bread and floral studios. Classes are inspired by the season and our instructors' interests and talents. Past classes include the perfect loaf, make your own croissants, seasonal savory tarts, cooking with kids: doughnuts!, wood-fired pizza date night, holiday centerpieces, wreath-making, planning your own cutting garden, exploring fragrance, floral necklaces, and planting dahlias. We have a rotating cast of professional instructors who thrive on new inspiration.
